Our name comes from our approach: a precise balance of matcha, texture, and finish, refined through repetition. Every cup is crafted to highlight what matcha does best: natural sweetness, layered umami, and a calm, lasting energy. Currently we offer a three-blend ritual —Kiso, Sabi, and Haku— each designed with a distinct profile, from creamy and balanced to bright and vibrant, to deep, velvety umami.
